Cryptocurrencies

Cryptocurrency is a form of digital asset based on a network that is distributed across a large number of computers. It does not exist in a physical form (like paper money) and typically uses a decentralized structure as opposed to centralized digital currency and central banking systems. This decentralized structure allows cryptocurrency to exist outside the control of governments and central authorities. Most cryptocurrency use block chain technology to record transactions and maintain the integrity of transactional data. A blockchain is a growing list of records, called blocks, that are linked together using cryptography.
